Service Area
Buford. This is home.
I'm Pedro. Buford isn't a pin on a map for me—it's my town, and it's where I've been painting and remodeling for over 20 years. If you're here, I'm minutes away.
Home Base
Twenty years on the same streets.
Buford is two towns in one house style. There's the older part near the downtown depot—the tanning and railroad blocks that got brought back to life, with houses that have been standing a long time and show it in the trim, the siding, and the layers of paint. Then there's the newer half, the master-planned subdivisions out toward the Mall of Georgia corridor, where everything went up at once and is now all hitting its first real repaint at the same time. I work on both, and after 20 years I can usually tell you what I'll find before I open a can.
Being local isn't a marketing line here—it changes how the job goes. I'm not driving in from an hour out with a schedule already stretched thin. I can come look at your project, come back with the right materials when the color needs a second look, and check on the work the next morning. If something isn't right, I'm not far. That's the whole difference.
And in a town like this, people talk. Buford has its own city school district, families stay put, and neighbors trade names over the fence. I'm not a big crew moving through—I'm the guy who'll run into you at the grocery store. That keeps me honest better than any warranty language could, and it's why I'd rather take fewer jobs and do them right.
Services
What Buford homes ask for.
01Interior & Exterior Painting
Older siding near downtown wants scraping and priming first; the newer subdivisions are usually wash, caulk, and two honest coats.
02Remodeling
Downtown kitchens and baths hide surprises behind the walls. In the newer builds it's mostly upgrading what the builder put in.
03General Contracting
Older houses need rot and trim work handled before anything cosmetic. Newer ones are usually additions, basements, and outdoor living.
04Pressure Washing
Spring pollen and the damp off Lake Lanier green up siding and driveways on both ends of town, historic or brand new.
Buford sits across the Gwinnett and Hall county line, so I'm used to both sides of the paperwork when a job needs it. Home is here, but it isn't the only place I go—if a friend or family member is in one of the other North Georgia towns I cover, send them my way.
